30-Day Returns and Exchanges

We accept no-reason returns and exchanges requested within 30 days after delivery.

Contact support@lovewellnesworks.shop or 570-905-4694 before sending an item back. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid return label or an equivalent no-cost return method.

Return Shipping

lovewellnes pays return shipping for approved no-reason returns and exchanges and for items that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.

Items should be returned with all included components and, when reasonably possible, in their original packaging. Reasonable inspection does not limit any non-waivable consumer right.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized products, clearance items, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive products are not returnable unless they are defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise protected by applicable law.

Refund Timing

After the return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. A bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.
