Shipping

We ship only within the United States. Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order.

Processing normally takes 1–2 business days. Estimated carrier transit time after dispatch is 4–6 business days.

A tracking number is provided after shipment.

Returns and Exchanges

No-reason returns and exchanges may be requested within 30 days after delivery.

lovewellnes pays approved return shipping for no-reason returns, exchanges, and quality-related returns.

Customized products, clearance items, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive products are not returnable unless required by law or affected by a quality problem.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Orders, Payments, and Support

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. After shipment, the Refund Policy applies.

Payments are processed in USD. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover.

Applicable taxes are collected when required by law.
